2nd Annual Carl Kliesch Memorial Golf Tournament

The United Methodist Men of the Arroyo Grande UMC sponsored the second annual Carl Kliesch Memorial Golf Tournament today at the Pismo State Beach Golf Course. Carl, who served for many years as president of UMM, died in 2008. Sign-ins at the golf course ran from 7:30 to 7:50 AM. followed by a shotgun start at 8 AM. Lunch was at nearby Fin's Restaurant immediately after the tournament, at 10:30 a.m. Tournament profits are donated to church-sponsored activities such as youth camper-ships.
